No matter whether unique vehicles, small series or mass production, each order is being realized with a maximum of quality and technical expertise. Modern manufacturing methods motivated and experienced coworkers, as well as highest quality and still short delivery times guarantee the flexibility of our production flows.
We remain flexible also by the modular structure of our production systems, which permit it us to deal with the individual customer's requests. In addition, the close partnership and the interchange with our customers contribute to the fact that we can convert special customer's requests and new market requirements fast and purposefully.
Beyond all this, we invest continuously into the development of new technologies.
In order to call only some examples here:
• Transparency keyboard on CAN BUS basis / Intelligent Wiring System (IWS) integrated special signaling devices on basis of the energy-efficient LED technology
• CMIESEN GRP high roof built for Volkswagen T5, when desired with heightened sliding door
• Side door as well as rear flap in our BONNA ambulance built in carbon execution
• Various interior panels built on GRP basis
Latest investment:
For either quantity production or even individual one-off production a modern 3D - CAD program (Computer Aided Design) is used by our technical designers, with which three-dimensional volume models are provided. From these two or three-dimensional designs and moving visualizations are being forwarded to the construction department.
Apart from the computing of construction unit characteristics such as volumes, weight, emphasis, moments of inertia and physical properties, the parts lists are provided automatically for the construction building.
Based on the constructed volume model program simulations can now be managed for example for mechanical and/or thermal load (finite elements method) with construction units, light simulations or climatic simulations in inside the vehicles. At the same simulations for the reduction of flow resistance coefficient and the associated economy of the vehicle as well as crash simulations for the improvement of the road safety and for preparation on the dynamic crash examinations as of the European standard EN 1789 are being maintained.
